About

Trigger point work, myofascial release, deep tissue—these aren't just techniques I use. They're tools I've learned to listen with, understanding what your body's been holding onto and what it needs to let go. After three years of hands-on practice and training in anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry, I've come to see massage as something far more than surface-level relief. It's about creating real, lasting change in how you move through your life.

My studio in Oakton sits conveniently off Route 66, and it's designed to be a place where you feel safe and respected from the moment you walk in. I work with all kinds of people—men especially seem to find something valuable in my space—and I've learned that no two bodies need the same treatment. Whether you're dealing with the daily stress that settles in your shoulders, recovering from activity, or managing a specific health challenge, I adapt my pressure and my approach to match what you actually need. Some sessions involve deep work with my hands and elbows. Others include stretching, mobilizations, or the kind of gentle, sustained pressure that lets your whole system finally relax. I check in throughout, because the best massage is one where you feel heard.

I'm also part of the LGBT community, and I've built an accepting, open-minded energy in this space. All are welcome here. Beyond the table work, I offer meditation coaching for clients who want to deepen their practice and extend that sense of ease into daily life.

I'm typically available weekday afternoons, evenings, and Sundays. When you leave my table, the goal isn't just that your back feels better. It's that you feel like yourself again.

Testimonials

From the start, Dany created a welcoming and professional space where I felt at ease. Using multiple techniques, Dany worked my lower back and shoulders with care, checking in regularly about pressure and progress. After the session I felt refreshed, and in the days following I noticed real improvement in how those muscles functioned. I'll definitely be back.
