About

Trained at Lineage of Light in Haiku, Hawaii, I completed my accreditation as a Ke Ala Hōkū practitioner in 2026. That training changed everything about how I understand the body's capacity to heal. Ke Ala Hōkū—the pathway to the stars—isn't something you find everywhere. Around 400 people in the world practice it. What drew me to it was the recognition that healing happens on multiple levels at once: physical, emotional, mental, cellular, and ancestral. I wanted to offer that depth to clients.

I'm Gabriel, and I've been working with massage clients for 12 years. Based on Camano Island, I offer three distinct forms of bodywork. Therapeutic Lomi Lomi addresses specific aches, injuries, post-surgery recovery, or simple relaxation—whatever your body needs in that moment. Lomi Lomi literally means "to massage" or "to manipulate" in Hawaiian, and I've traveled the world learning and sharing this art with people from every walk of life.

Ke Ala Hōkū is where transformation lives. If you're in transition, seeking clarity, ready for your next chapter, or grieving any kind of loss, this work can reawaken your primal cellular consciousness. It reaches parts of yourself you may have never felt before, releasing patterns and blocks you didn't know were holding you back.

I also trained as a Conscious Parenting and Life Coach through Dr. Shefali's institute in New York, which led me to create The Conscious Massage™. This weaves together coaching, therapeutic lomi lomi, and Ke Ala Hōkū into one integrated experience. Whether your challenges are personal, professional, relational, spiritual, or physical, we bring them to the table together—literally—where real healing takes place.

My studio sits on Camano Island, and I serve clients throughout the area with both in-person sessions and mobile appointments within a 25-mile radius. LGBTQ+ clients and straight allies are welcome. I'm here to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and let my hands do the work they've been trained to do. Hours run 9 a.m. to midnight, every day.

Testimonials

If you haven't yet visited Gabriel, please do—you won't be disappointed. My first experience with him and traditional Hawaiian massage was mystical. I want to return over and over. Even now I'm thrilled by his touch. The whole world desperately needs peace and healing. Let's all begin with a Lomi Lomi massage from this gentle, sweet, caring, and lively man.

I retired from a long career as a medical doctor, scientist, and educator, and Gabriel stands out among all the talented people I've met as someone from whom I've personally benefitted most. He has a rare gift for healing the body and promoting spiritual tranquility. His massages are completely different from any I've experienced. He makes you discover your own body and leaves you with a feeling of peace that lasts for days. His understanding of Lomi Lomi goes beyond technique—it's a spiritual interaction between two people. As a result of his massages, my high blood pressure dropped significantly enough to reduce medications, my spine recovered faster than expected after two surgeries, my cardiac issues improved, and my arthritic knees remained pain-free for days afterward. Lomi Lomi requires both a skilled giver and a willing receiver. Gabriel is an exceptional giver.

I received a traditional Hawaiian massage from Gabriel and found it unlike anything I've experienced in decades of massage. The Ke Ala Hoku session offered a deeper healing opportunity with music carefully selected for my ancestry. During the session, I felt completely safe and nurtured, able to drift in and out of consciousness while immersed in beautiful music and gentle physical sensation. The experience lifted away layers of stress held in my body, mind, and emotions. At the end, I wanted only to rest and be still. The deep relaxation continued to facilitate healing for over 24 hours. I'm very grateful for the multi-layered clearing this different form of massage provides.
