Nineteen years of hands-on work has taught me something fundamental: your body knows what it needs. My job is to listen, to feel where the tension lives, and to apply exactly the right amount of pressure at exactly the right moment. I've been working with clients long enough to understand that stress doesn't just disappear on its own. It settles into your shoulders, your lower back, your neck. It becomes part of how you move through the day.
I trained at the Cortivia Institute in Seattle, and that foundation gave me the technical knowledge. But it's the years since then, working with dozens of clients each week, that taught me how to move intuitively. I'm here because I love what I do, and I do it because I love people.
