About
Eighteen years into this work, I've learned that massage isn't about technique alone—it's about listening. Your body tells me what it needs, and I adjust everything in real time to meet you there.
I'm David, a licensed massage therapist based in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood, just a couple of miles south of downtown. I completed my license at the Northwest School of Massage in Kirkland back in 2008, and I've been building my practice here ever since. What started as a straightforward skill has become something deeper: I understand how to read tension, where it lives, and how to release it in a way that actually sticks.
I specialize in deep tissue and Swedish massage, along with acupressure, myofascial release, shiatsu, reflexology, reiki, sports work, and watsu. I also offer chair massage and can arrange tandem sessions if that interests you. But here's what matters most: every single massage is custom-built through our conversation and my hands-on assessment. I don't follow a script. I work with what your body needs that day.
I run my private studio—warm, inviting, quiet. The table is heated. The music is ambient. You'll feel safe and held the moment you arrive. I also travel to your hotel or home anywhere within 25 miles of Seattle, especially for guests who've just stepped off a plane and need relief without another car ride. I work later than most therapists—open until 11:30 p.m. every night—because I know the reality of travel fatigue and jet lag.
Text me anytime, day or night. It's the fastest way to book. I check messages constantly between sessions. Men of all backgrounds come to me, and I work primarily with male clients. You'll leave feeling like something real happened—not a spa experience, but actual healing. That's what eighteen years teaches you to do.

Testimonials
I was a bit skeptical when I saw photos of his older building near downtown Seattle, even though it's a historic landmark, but his work always speaks for itself. He used a heated, flannel-draped professional table for my massage. His sessions are about energy and overall stress release, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I had some soreness the day of, but the next day I felt fantastic.
I had David come to my hotel room late after a long flight. Since I didn't want to go anywhere, staying in was the better option anyway. His skills are excellent, and it was a great way to start my trip. I'm looking forward to seeing him again.
I've seen Dave a couple of times now and each massage has been great. He's very friendly with excellent technique. His location is easy to get to and comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Trying someone new can feel risky, but I felt at ease almost immediately. I went in with my neck and shoulders extremely tense and came out feeling like I was floating. Booking was easy—much easier than calling a chain massage place. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Dave is very competent and knows his craft well. My lower back was causing me serious pain, and his massage skills resolved it. His hands are truly excellent, and I'll be back.
David came directly to my hotel, which made everything stress-free. Being able to rest in my room afterward without having to drive was perfect. The massage felt like a spa treatment right there, and he was great about adjusting the temperature since I like it warm. I'll definitely book with him again.
I've been returning to David every time I visit Seattle. His current location near Capitol Hill makes it convenient for where I usually stay. He consistently provides an excellent massage. I get massages all over the world, and no one understands my body the way David does. I let him work his magic, and I leave feeling like a new person. He's easy to talk with, responsive to texts, and I return each visit.
David is genuinely skilled at what he does. I felt at ease right away, and once the massage started, it was clear he knows exactly what he's doing. My lower back and shoulders were in terrible pain, and he relieved it completely. He has excellent healing hands and I'll definitely return.
David is truly exceptional. His techniques are excellent, and his space is deeply comforting. The table is warm, and his hands are warm too. I've been seeing David for about seven years. I'm thankful to be in his care after trying several other therapists who weren't nearly as capable.
David's technique considers your whole body even when focusing on a specific area, unlike other massage therapists who work part to part. It felt really satisfying and comfortable. I came to him after a long-haul flight, and his massage completely relaxed me and helped with jet lag. His studio is comfortable and very private.
I've been getting massages from David for many years, and he gives the best massage I've ever experienced. I highly recommend him and am grateful he's easy to reach.
His Georgetown location, just a minute south of downtown, is much easier for me now than his previous West Seattle space. I'll be back again and again. Thumbs up to Dave. I did find I needed to book in advance to get an appointment.
I didn't realize what I'd been missing by only doing walk-in massages. Finding Dave on this site was a game-changer. I'll definitely be back.
I was visiting Seattle and found David on the site. His location wasn't the closest, but only 10 minutes away, and his massage was excellent. He applied perfect pressure and focused on what I needed. His studio has a creative, calm atmosphere with a blend of new age and Middle Eastern feels, plus beautiful ambient music. He's genuinely skilled, and I'll rebook next time.
I tried booking three times without luck—always last minute and always fully booked. Then he texted to say he had a cancellation and could fit me in. The massage exceeded my expectations, and his studio genuinely felt like a Moroccan spa I visited years ago. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to relax with. I now understand why it's hard to get in on short notice.
If you're visiting Seattle, don't miss David. If you live there, you've probably already discovered how special his massage is. I challenged him to deliver real deep tissue work as he advertises, and he absolutely delivered. One of the best deep tissue massages I've had. Afterward, he was kind enough to show me his art. I consider myself lucky to have found him on this site.
After a stressful week and a long flight back to Seattle, I was relieved to find David could see me late at night in his comfortable studio. His full-body massage left me completely relaxed, and it was the perfect way to unwind before the weekend.
I've been going to David for several years for the best massages of my life. I'll continue seeing him to feel better and relax. I highly recommend him. Ten stars.
David is a great guy—friendly, kind, and genuinely personable. He gives a fantastic massage and makes sure you get exactly what you need. He doesn't rush. He genuinely cares about his clients and offers a super clean, friendly setting. You can't go wrong with David.
I had a great massage with David. I would highly recommend him.
So grateful David is back to seeing clients. I won't see anyone else for massage. He's licensed and takes the pandemic seriously. I was able to book an appointment and my body is grateful. My advice is to plan in advance if you want the best massage in Seattle.
Amazing skills and the most therapeutic and relaxing massage I've ever received.
I texted a couple of therapists and David got back to me right away. He gave me a great massage, and I could feel his genuine love for the work. If I return to Seattle, I'll book with David.
I travel for work frequently and always come back to David. He responded immediately to my text, showed up on time at my motel near SeaTac, and gave me an excellent massage. I slept better that night than I had in weeks and will definitely book him again on my next trip to Seattle.
David's studio was pleasantly cool during a very hot day outside. The massage table was warm, and he made introductions without any sense of judgment. I felt immediately comfortable. Once the massage started, he had me breathe and center myself for a deeper relaxation. This was one of the better massages I've had, and I'll be back.
David's massage and bodywork were strong, intentional, responsive, and relaxed. You won't find better. The only downside is the West Seattle location, but it's worth it.
I drove down from Bellingham after reading David's reviews and was impressed right away. His healing arts center is warm, inviting, and cozy all at once. He massaged me exactly the way I requested and made me feel comfortable immediately. He's professional with a sense of humor, and his style feels personal rather than mechanical. For the value, he's excellent. Being tall, he could actually touch my scalp and foot at the same time during the massage, which was unique. Worth the drive.
