About
Over 15 years of working with men's bodies has taught me what deep tension really feels like, and more importantly, how to release it. I've spent that time learning to read muscle, to find the knots nobody else notices, and to work with the kind of pressure that actually changes something.
I trained at the Healing Arts Institute in Huntington Beach and studied acupressure through Chinese medicine certification in Fullerton. Later, I completed physical therapist assistant training at Byman Health in Chicago, which gave me a real understanding of how the body moves and where things get stuck. That background shapes everything I do now.
My specialty is straightforward: the back, hamstrings, tendons, and glutes. These are the areas that take a beating whether you're cycling, running, training hard, or just sitting through long shifts. I work with deep tissue, sports massage, shiatsu, and acupressure, blending them in whatever way your body needs. There's no template. Every session is individualized because every man who comes to me has different demands on his frame.
I'm based in Tukwila and travel out for massage throughout Seattle, SeaTac, and Bellevue, so I come to you. My clients often tell me they fall asleep on the table or wake up the next morning feeling genuinely loose for the first time in months. That's the goal. You deserve that kind of relief.

Testimonials
I had a pulled muscle in my right thigh and groin, and Keith handled it like a champion. The massage made it feel 95 percent better, and I've had no issues since. It was just amazing.
The glutes and hamstrings bodywork really helped improve my strength and endurance. It was awesome.
As a personal trainer and boot camp coach, my hips were tired and I kept pulling hamstrings in my legs. Keith's massage was extraordinary. Tendon and hamstring work was something I'd never had before, and I felt so much better afterward. I'll keep seeing him every three weeks.
It was the best massage I've had. Keith put serious effort into my glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, which really loosened up my traps. I had no idea how tense those areas were.
Keith's deep tissue work on my sore back and leg muscles was excellent. I'm on a cycling team doing high mileage each week, and he really helped loosen my quads before the STP. I referred him to a cyclist and bodybuilder friend who also said it was great bodywork.
Keith worked magic on my back, neck, and shoulders after a stressful week. He loosened all the knots and got me so relaxed I fell asleep. My hip flexors were tight from being on my feet all day in construction, and he handled the groin work too, which was really tight. I'd recommend him to all my coworkers.
The massage was truly excellent. Keith has strong, powerful, large hands that really relaxed my shoulders through my mid-back. Working 12-hour shifts in healthcare and lifting weights regularly, I needed that kind of work. The soothing music, warm sheets, and bodywork made it super comfortable—like a resort with trees and quiet. I'd recommend him to coworkers.
Keith was incredible with my upper and lower back using deep tissue shiatsu. My lower back was extremely tight from military training. The groin work he did was something I'd never had before, and he got all of it sorted out. I'd recommend it to any military guys in the area—it was a solid massage.
The deep tissue massage was perfect for my whole body aching from working at my computer for 10 hours a day for three weeks. It's the best massage I've had in a few years.
The massage covered my lower back issues and tight hamstrings really well. He worked thoroughly on all the glute muscles and made the hamstrings loose. The shoulder and neck work was excellent. It's one of the best male massages I've ever had, and I'd recommend him to friends.
I had severe lower back and hip tension from 15-hour nursing shifts. Keith's precise bodywork relieved all that lower back strain and improved my hip mobility so the aching stopped. His glute massage was unlike anything I'd experienced before. The whole session felt great, and I'd tell my coworkers about him.
The 90-minute session did wonders for me. I had a prior torn shoulder and some hip and groin tightness, and the massage restored all my movement. Twenty minutes focused on my groin and hips was especially helpful, letting me continue running and lifting. Keith used exactly the right amount of pressure.
Keith was excellent with my glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors. He also spotted a small groin pull and took care of that. I feel 50 times better now and will definitely tell friends and family about him.
The full body and glute massage was thorough in a way I'd never experienced before. I fell asleep afterward.
Keith did a very good job addressing my lower back issues that were radiating up into my shoulders and neck. As a triathlete, I get massage at least once a month, and his deep tissue technique is excellent.
Awesome massage and very therapeutic. I was so relaxed after the energy work.
Keith did outstanding deep massage on my glutes and legs. As a cyclist and bodybuilder, I appreciated how he handled my hamstrings and tendons with medium-to-strong pressure. The work released a lot of tension in my lower back. I plan to see him every four weeks for his strong hands and quality bodywork.
The massage was very relaxing with calm music—it felt like I was on vacation. The leg, hip, and lower back work was awesome. I'd definitely come back.
Best deep tissue massage and glutes work I've had in five years. I'd definitely recommend Keith for massage to my closest friends.
I had outstanding glute and lower back bodywork. It's the best I've had in years and completely relaxing. Playing soccer and road biking, I needed that kind of work. I'll go back again.
