About
Over the past 25 years, I've learned that massage isn't one-size-fits-all—it's about listening to what your body is telling you and responding with skill, presence, and the right pressure at the right moment.
I started my training at the Florida Institute of Massage Therapy in Sunrise, Florida, then completed my professional licensing program at Educating Hands School of Massage Therapy in Miami. That foundation gave me the technical knowledge, but the years since have taught me something deeper: how to read tension, how to know when to ease up and when to go deeper, and how to create a space where your nervous system can finally relax.
My in-home studio in Milwaukee is centrally located, just minutes from Miller Park, and it's designed to feel like a sanctuary the moment you walk in. The massage table is heated, the towels come warm, the lighting is soft, and the music is chosen to help you drift away from whatever's been pulling at you. I use Biotone and Dermalogica—the products I trust—and my toolkit includes deep tissue work, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, shiatsu, sports massage, neuromuscular technique, reflexology, and reiki. Before we begin, we talk. A brief consultation helps me understand what your body needs, so the work feels custom-built for you, not generic.
I also offer mobile massage therapy serving Milwaukee and the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius, so I can come to you if that's easier. Either way, I work to help you attune your body, mind, and spirit—and leave feeling like the most relaxed version of yourself you can be.
