About

Eighteen years of hands-on work with clients has taught me what actually works. When you've spent nearly two decades listening to bodies, feeling what needs to release, and watching someone walk out of your studio standing taller than when they arrived, you learn to trust your instincts.

I have a degree in exercise science, which means I understand human anatomy from the inside out. That foundation informs everything I do. My approach blends several massage techniques together—deep tissue work where it's needed, relaxing strokes where you need to decompress, CranioSacral Therapy, Trigger Point release, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Sports massage. No single technique works for everyone. The art is knowing which one serves you on any given day.

My studio is in central Phoenix near 16th Street and Indian School, and I work on a massage table here. I also travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area—up to 50 miles—so I can come to your home if that's what works best for you. Either way, you get the same direct, professional, educated work. I'm available from 8 a.m. until midnight every day.

Clients tell me they appreciate the skill behind each session. One person mentioned their shoulders felt genuinely released after years of tightness. Another said it was the best massage they'd ever received. That's what keeps me going. You won't be disappointed.

Testimonials

I'm grateful for Brock's technical ability. My shoulders carry a lot of tension, and he worked them deeply enough to create real relief. He combined full-length body strokes using Swedish techniques with deeper work, and the stretching was excellent. Not every massage therapist is confident enough to stretch properly, but Brock knows his craft. He's strong, well-trained, and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to returning.

This was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I've tried several massage therapists around Phoenix, and I left this session feeling better than I've ever felt after a massage. Brock worked on my shoulder issue intensively and it felt fantastic afterward. I'd recommend him without hesitation. Go see him and you'll understand why.
