Nearly two decades of practice has taught me what the body needs. Since May 2006, I've been working with clients in Phoenix who come in carrying stress they didn't know they were holding. I work with Swedish massage, sports techniques, deep tissue, trigger point work, and several other approaches. The method depends on what your body is telling me during the session. I use hemp oil and cream—you'll feel the effects right away—though I keep other massage oils available if you prefer something different.
What I've learned over these years is that this work isn't just about pressure or technique. It's about intuition.
