About

Over 10 years of hands-on bodywork has taught me one thing: every body tells a different story, and every story needs a different approach. I listen first, assess what's actually happening in your muscles and joints, then choose the right techniques to help you heal.

I work with clients across Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, both in my studio and at your home or gym. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with post-workout soreness, or just need to move better and feel looser, I've got the experience to know what'll actually work. I blend deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial work, sports massage, and reflexology depending on what your body needs right now.

I also offer assisted stretching, fitness training, and nutrition consulting if you want to go deeper into your recovery. My studio has a heated table, hot towels, candles, music, a private restroom, shower, and free parking. On mobile visits, I bring the same warmth and equipment to you.

I'm a trans man and totally open to working with any gender, body type, race, or orientation. Good energy and positive vibes—that's what I bring to every session. Best way to reach me is by text. Include your name and where you found me.

I've worked with Alex twice now and he shows serious skill as a massage therapist. His intuition is spot-on, and he really delivers when it comes to releasing tension in my shoulders and lower back. The whole experience felt respectful, warm, and easy. Can't wait for our next session.

About a year ago I injured myself at the gym with a trainer. I found Alex's listing and decided to try him out. He actually listened to what happened and did a hands-on assessment before jumping into treatment. His knowledge of how muscles work, combined with his massage skills and personality, made a huge difference in my recovery. I've been seeing him weekly ever since.
