About

Thirty-three years working with clients' bodies has taught me what actually works. I trained at the Swedish Institute in New York back in 1993, and that foundation shaped everything I do now. Over the decades, I've worked with athletes, dancers, and people from every walk of life, including years serving the gay community in both New York and Los Angeles. That long arc of practice means I know how to listen to what your body needs in that moment.

I'm based in Los Feliz, in the hills of Los Angeles, and I've set up a peaceful space where you can really relax and recalibrate. My approach blends several modalities together—acupressure, deep tissue, shiatsu, reiki, reflexology, polarity therapy, conscious breathwork, aromatherapy, and sports massage. I use stretching and whatever combination feels right for your body on that day. The goal isn't just to release tension. It's to give you that feeling of being genuinely cared for, where you can chill, recalibrate, and walk out with a renewed sense of ease.

I also offer meditation coaching if you want to deepen that work beyond the table. Whether you're dealing with computer neck, old injuries, or just the accumulated stress of living in Los Angeles, I bring both technical skill and real presence to every session.

Tony gave me an incredible massage today. It felt like pure heaven. I had such a good night's sleep afterward, and my whole day was wonderful. I'm definitely booking again soon.

Tony's bodywork has been such a gift. As someone who sits hunched at a computer writing all day, my neck and shoulders were in bad shape—his work brought so much relief to those areas. Beyond the physical release, I left feeling calm and nurtured, which helped me get back to my work with real energy and focus. Best massage I've had.
