About

Over three decades of massage work has taught me something fundamental: the body knows how to heal itself when given the right kind of attention. I've spent 30 years learning to listen to what muscles, fascia, and nervous systems are telling me. That time in the field, combined with athletic pursuits and my own intense medical challenges, has given me a deep respect for what physical touch can do.

My formal training spans Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Alexander Technique, Structural Integration (Rolfing), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point work, and somatic healing practices. I studied Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Austin and continued my education at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California. I specialize in deep tissue bodywork and healing touch, adapting my broad toolkit to exactly what your body needs in this moment.

Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from surgery or injury, or looking to build long-term resilience through preventative care, I work with a philosophy that integrates physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological dimensions. I often collaborate with physical therapists, doctors, and psychologists across Los Angeles to ensure you're getting comprehensive support. My clients range from CrossFit athletes and frequent travelers to people carrying stress in their shoulders and back who finally want real relief.

I offer in-studio sessions in Los Angeles and mobile massage therapy serving the Los Angeles area and surrounding neighborhoods within a 10-mile radius. You can book an appointment as late as midnight on most days. Whether you're in your home, your office, or my studio, you'll experience the same careful attention and skill.

Testimonials

Perfect for anyone who CrossFits, travels frequently for work, or holds stress in their body. Chad really understands how the body works and how everything connects. He listens carefully to where you're experiencing pain and takes time to explain what's causing the tension so you can address it yourself going forward. I haven't had a better massage in years.

Sept. 23, 2022 · Los Angeles, CA · in-studio

Chad is a true professional with serious knowledge of massage and bodywork. My work schedule makes it hard to see a physical therapist during business hours, so when my surgeon recommended him, I was grateful to find someone offering evening appointments. The session was excellent and I've booked another one.

Oct. 05, 2017 · Hollywood, CA · in-studio

I'd been struggling with muscle issues for a long time and nothing seemed to help until a friend referred me to Chad. After just one session, I felt like I was on the road to recovery. His knowledge is clear, his technique is confident, and the results speak for themselves. I'm back regularly and I've referred him to all my friends.
