About

Training at Northern Virginia College of Therapeutic Massage taught me the sciences behind what my hands do — how deep pressure releases tension, how touch can awaken the body's own healing. That foundation, combined with my time studying Thai traditional massage at Chetawan Health school and advanced Swedish techniques in California, gave me tools I still use every single day with my clients.

I've been working with people for 9 years now, and I've learned that real relief comes from listening first. When you walk into my studio in West Hollywood near Runyon Canyon, or when I come to you within five miles of Los Angeles, I start with questions. Where does it hurt? What do you want to feel like when you leave? Are you looking for deep work, or something gentler? That conversation shapes everything that follows.

My methods focus on a specific area because that's where the real work happens. Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, Thai bodywork, reflexology, even chair massage and cupping — I draw from all of it depending on what your body is telling me. Energy healing through touch is at the core of everything. A good session relaxes your mind, rests your muscles, and awakens your body's own energy. You'll feel the difference not just that day, but the next morning, and the days after.

I work with everyone. The LGBTQ+ community is welcomed here. I'm responsive — text me and you'll hear back in minutes. I appreciate a day's notice, but I do take last-minute and after-hours sessions if you ask. Every session includes ten minutes of consultation time, plus time to get dressed and undressed. You leave feeling lighter.

A Crossfit athlete and desk worker was feeling worn down but left Chris's myofascial massage session with improved mobility and a lighter feeling. Chris does an initial assessment and stays attentive throughout, addressing pain points and checking in for feedback. This is an excellent recovery option for active people and those who sit at desks.

Chris responded quickly to his request and accommodated him on short notice, which he really valued. He would return and recommend Chris without hesitation.
