Twenty years of hands-on work in massage therapy has taught me what really works. I got my license at nineteen through the International Academy of Hair Design in Daytona Beach, Florida, and I've spent two decades working with five-star spas, semi-pro athletes, and trainers who depend on getting the best results.
I've learned that the body doesn't heal from just one approach. That's why I blend deep tissue massage with sports massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and cupping. Each technique addresses something different, and together they cover the full spectrum of what your body needs to fully release stress and tension.
My studio in Hollywood, Los Angeles serves clients in-person and mobile throughout the area. Whether you come to me or I come to you, you'll work with someone who genuinely knows how to read what your body is telling you.
