Completing the Gold Certification at Kansas City Massage Institute in 2019 taught me that real skill comes from understanding how the body stores tension, not just where to apply pressure. Over the past six years, I've taken that training and built on it every single day. My background as an athlete and performer showed me early on that recovery is just as vital as the work itself. That's what drew me to massage therapy, and it's what keeps me learning.
I work out of East Hollywood and serve clients throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas, but I also travel extensively. If you're looking for me in your city, there's a good chance I'll be there. I bring a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other techniques to every session. What matters most is listening to what your body needs in that moment.
