About

Training at the Institute of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine in Saint Petersburg and later at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University gave me a foundation most therapists don't have — I studied sports massage and clinical bodywork under medical educators, not just massage schools. That background changed everything about how I work. I understand the body not just as a collection of muscles, but as an interconnected system where tension in one place ripples everywhere else.

I've been working with clients for over 14 years, including high-performance and Olympic-level athletes. That experience taught me to listen to what a body is actually asking for, not just what a client thinks they need. Some days that means deep, intensive work — myofascial release and trigger point therapy that gets to the root of chronic tightness. Other days it means slower, more restorative bodywork that lets the nervous system calm down and reset.

My studio in Los Angeles is where I do most of my work, but I also serve clients across the city and surrounding areas with mobile sessions — I come to you within a 25-mile radius. Every session blends deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular work, ortho-bionomy, acupressure, sports massage, and reflexology. What I use depends entirely on you.

I've learned that muscle tension and stress are inseparable. When I release physical tightness and help calm your nervous system, your body can actually recover. That's the point. Pain relief, better sleep, freedom from knots you've been carrying for months — these aren't luxuries. They're what happens when someone who knows anatomy works with intention.

I'm LGBT-friendly, and I work with all body types and gender identities. If you're stressed, in pain, recovering from something, or just tired of feeling tight, text me. That's the fastest way to reach me.

I'm glad I reached out to Denis after a long time away from massage. He made room for me on short notice and was prompt, polite, and courteous. His approach is both technical and intuitive — he knows exactly where the body needs work most. If you want serious massage with real results, contact Denis.

One of the best deep tissue massages I've had. Denis was skilled, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. He took time to understand where I was holding tension and worked through it with care and precision. My shoulders and back felt significantly looser after, with noticeably better range of motion. If you deal with chronic tightness or stress, Denis is worth reaching out to.

Hemasseur's Take

Clients consistently praise Denis for his technical skill, intuitive understanding of where tension lives in the body, and ability to deliver real therapeutic results rather than surface-level relaxation. Across dozens of sessions, people report significant improvements in range of motion, deep sleep after treatment, and lasting relief from chronic shoulder, back, and neck tightness.

His combination of medical training, Olympic-athlete experience, and personal warmth — described as conscientious, funny, kind, and professional — sets him apart in Los Angeles. Multiple clients have noted that a single session with Denis convinced them to book again, often extending sessions because the work is so effective.
