Deep tissue work demands precision, but it also demands intuition. I completed my training in deep tissue at Udemy's Orlando campus in late 2024, and that foundation shifted how I think about muscle tension. It's one thing to know the anatomy. It's another to feel where a client's body is asking for release.
I've brought seven years of hands-on experience from Brazil into my practice here in Los Angeles. That time taught me how to listen through my hands, using forearms, elbows, and fingertips to deliver pressure that's both deep and soothing.
