Twenty-seven years of working with clients' bodies has taught me one thing: every person carries their own story in their muscles, their breath, their energy. I listen to what your body is telling me, and I let that guide where my hands go and how deep I work.
I studied massage therapy at Mueller College in San Diego, where I specialized in the Mueller Touch—a method that respects both the structure of the body and the subtle intelligence underneath it. I also hold a B.S. in Sports Science and am a Reiki master teacher, so my foundation spans the physical, the energetic, and the athletic. That combination shapes everything I do.
