About

Sixteen years of hands-on practice have taught me what really works when it comes to helping your body find balance and strength. I've worked with college athletes, people recovering from injuries, and clients simply tired of living with chronic tension. That experience shows up in every session I do here in Los Angeles.

I'm a certified massage therapist trained at Pacific College of Health & Science, where I earned my Associate of Applied Science in massage therapy. What I learned there, combined with my own background as a former college athlete and bodybuilder, gives me a real understanding of how the body works when it's aligned, and what happens when it isn't.

My approach uses a mix of techniques matched to what your body needs. I start with Effleurage to warm the tissue, then layer in Cross-fiber work and Myofascial Release to reach deep-seated tension that other methods miss. For mobility issues, I incorporate rotational joint movements. If scar tissue is the problem, I use gentle scraping with rose quartz or metal tools to break up adhesions. I also work with Trigger Point therapy, Neuromuscular technique, Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports massage depending on your situation.

What sets my practice apart is the safety and care I bring to every single session. I've created a welcoming, non-discriminatory environment for all clients, including the LGBT community. Your body is yours, and you deserve a therapist who respects that.

I see clients for morning and afternoon appointments here at my Los Angeles studio, and I also offer evening outcalls serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking to recover from injury, improve your alignment, or build strength through better body mechanics, I'm here to support that work. Let's get started.
