About

Nearly two decades in the massage field, and it's still what I wake up wanting to do. Since 2008, I've watched how the right hands and the right pressure can shift something fundamental in how a person carries their body. That's what keeps me going.

I trained at Manatee Technical Institute in Bradenton, Florida, and came out with a solid foundation in massage therapy. But the real education has been the clients themselves. Every session teaches me something about how tension lives in different bodies, how communication matters more than assumptions, and how deep tissue work needs intuition, not just force.

I specialize in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy because that's where I see real results. People come in tight, restricted, in pain. I work to find those problem areas, assess what's actually happening in the tissue, and use the right pressure at the right moment. I also work across a wide range of modalities—acupressure, trigger point, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and others—because your body doesn't fit into one box.

Here's the thing: communication is everything. Before we start, I want to know what brought you in, what you're hoping for, where it hurts, what pressure feels right. I check in during the session. I listen. Texts work better than calls for me—I rarely pick up from numbers I don't know—so reach out that way and we'll set something up.

I'm mobile, serving Los Angeles and the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius. I bring a heated massage table, aromatherapy, music, and the same focused attention whether I'm in your home or you're traveling. I also offer fitness training, meditation coaching, nutrition consulting, and personal coaching if you want to build something more comprehensive around your recovery.

I look forward to meeting you and leaving you happier and looser than when we started.

Testimonials

Thanks for the massage—you might have magical hands. I'm looking forward to regular sessions. My last two massage therapists both moved out of state, so I'm relieved to have found someone so good. Highly recommend Kyle if you want a professional, skilled massage. Ninety minutes is the minimum you'll want.

Kyle is an excellent massage therapist with serious skill. He uses the right amount of pressure and intuitively finds problem areas, working out tension and knots with care. Throughout the session he checked in to confirm the pressure felt good. He's very professional, well-trained, and includes stretching techniques that feel wonderful. His demeanor is calm and soothing. He responded quickly to our message and fit us in for a same-day appointment, which we really appreciated. My husband and I normally get back-to-back 90-minute massages, and Kyle had no problem accommodating that. We're glad to have found him after our longtime therapist moved out of state, and we look forward to regular sessions with him.
