About

After 18 years of hands-on practice, I've learned something that keeps me coming back to this work: your body knows what it needs. You just have to listen to it carefully enough.

I'm Miles, a licensed massage therapist in Los Angeles, and I've built my practice on that simple idea. I trained at the Virginia Learning Institute in Falls Church, Virginia, where I completed over 600 hours of accredited massage therapy certification. Since then, I've logged tens of thousands of sessions with clients from every walk of life — each person bringing their own story, their own tension, their own reasons for being on my table.

My studio in Los Angeles is a clean, welcoming space where you can actually unwind. It's warm. The table is heated. The music is low, the candles are lit, and the air smells like something calm. I serve everyone — LGBTQ+ clients, athletes, people recovering from surgery, folks just worn out from life. That inclusivity isn't marketing language; it's how I work.

Each session I do blends techniques I've refined over nearly two decades. Swedish massage, deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point work, myofascial release, range-of-motion stretching, reflexology, sports massage, neuromuscular work, lymphatic drainage, chair massage. I don't pick one and stick with it. I listen to what your body's telling me, then I build the session around that. The goal is simple: you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

I'm also mobile, so I serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Whether you come to my studio or I come to you, the care is the same. I'm triple-vaccinated and Mpox-vaccinated, and I'm CAMTC Certified (#92772). You're in good hands — and caring hands.

Excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend Miles. I look forward to seeing him again next time I'm in town.

I've had lots of massages over the years in LA and found the best one. Miles is professional, consistent, and clearly well-trained. He gives a strong deep tissue massage but can adjust if you need lighter work. You'll be glad you book him. Stan
