About
After 18 years of hands-on practice, I've learned something that keeps me coming back to this work: your body knows what it needs. You just have to listen to it carefully enough.
I'm Miles, a licensed massage therapist in Los Angeles, and I've built my practice on that simple idea. I trained at the Virginia Learning Institute in Falls Church, Virginia, where I completed over 600 hours of accredited massage therapy certification. Since then, I've logged tens of thousands of sessions with clients from every walk of life — each person bringing their own story, their own tension, their own reasons for being on my table.
My studio in Los Angeles is a clean, welcoming space where you can actually unwind. It's warm. The table is heated. The music is low, the candles are lit, and the air smells like something calm. I serve everyone — LGBTQ+ clients, athletes, people recovering from surgery, folks just worn out from life. That inclusivity isn't marketing language; it's how I work.
Each session I do blends techniques I've refined over nearly two decades. Swedish massage, deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point work, myofascial release, range-of-motion stretching, reflexology, sports massage, neuromuscular work, lymphatic drainage, chair massage. I don't pick one and stick with it. I listen to what your body's telling me, then I build the session around that. The goal is simple: you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
I'm also mobile, so I serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Whether you come to my studio or I come to you, the care is the same. I'm triple-vaccinated and Mpox-vaccinated, and I'm CAMTC Certified (#92772). You're in good hands — and caring hands.

Testimonials
Excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend Miles. I look forward to seeing him again next time I'm in town.
I've had lots of massages over the years in LA and found the best one. Miles is professional, consistent, and clearly well-trained. He gives a strong deep tissue massage but can adjust if you need lighter work. You'll be glad you book him. Stan
My body feels healed after that massage. Thank you for the care. Happy Memorial Day.
Miles, I can't thank you enough. I feel incredible. Your touch, pressure, skill, and the peaceful environment made this one of my top 3 massages ever. You're kind and respectful, and I'm truly grateful. Safe travels, and I hope you return soon. Karl
The massage was outstanding. Powerful pressure, smooth strokes, and he moves like a dancer or musician. Love the hairy forearms too. Great guy. Book now and you'll be happy you did. Jeff
Miles's massage was such a treat. I've had a lot of massages over the years, but he was on point from start to finish. The pressure was exactly right. His instincts were spot-on. He checked in regularly, but I never had to ask him to adjust anything. I've found my go-to massage therapist and can't wait to try the 90-minute. A++++++ across the board.
Miles is one of the best, if not the absolute best, massage therapist I've experienced. His strong hands paired with his exceptional abilities and years of practice leave you feeling completely calm and renewed after a session. He's very professional and clearly loves what he does. You won't walk away disappointed. Rick
Feeling fantastic after yesterday's massage. The hair pull was unexpected but it felt amazing. Magic hands, man. Thanks.
Had a fantastic massage experience. The therapist was warm and immediately put me at ease. His technique was notably distinctive and active, showing clear dedication to every aspect of the session. What impressed me most was how well he listened to my requests and delivered exactly what I needed. He honed in on all the right muscles with a thorough yet personalized approach. Highly suggest reaching out if you want someone attentive, skilled, and truly invested. Definitely booking the 90-minute next.
As a massage therapist myself, I know how important regular massage is. I've been searching for someone who could give me the therapeutic healing I need. Miles is absolutely the one. His technique is exceptional, and he's professional and kind. He knew exactly where my tension was and could treat it with precision. I felt lighter after the session and even better the next day. I highly recommend Miles to anyone seeking real healing and a caring massage.
Miles made it to our hotel room for back-to-back massages during a massive thunderstorm. My boyfriend and I each had an hour session. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He asked what areas needed attention, then used different pressure levels to work on those spots and left us both in a deeply relaxed state that lasted through the evening and into the next day. We didn't have any soreness from the deep pressure, and we felt fantastic. I'd book Miles again and give him five stars.
The most amazing massage I didn't think was possible. My body and mind are still benefiting from his gift. Garland
Thanks for the incredible massage yesterday. My whole body feels great, especially my left shoulder. You have a real gift, my friend. Let me know when you're back in Houston.
Miles, thank you for your caring touch and excellent massage. I'll float out to my car. My neck feels so much better, and I'm grateful you worked on those sore spots. Jeff
If you want an excellent massage, stop looking. Miles gives a fantastic one. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake, then asked what areas needed focus. I'm a bigger guy who played sports, so my neck and lower back were tight. Miles has strong hands and knows how to deliver a great massage. He checked in during the session to see how I was doing. I felt relaxed, loose, and great. He also did some solid stretches. Miles's personality and skill are top-notch. I was looking for a great massage therapist and I found him. I can't wait until he's back in town. Thanks, Anthony
My experience with Miles surpassed all my expectations. He's extremely skilled and well-trained in massage, ranking among the best I've had. He's also a genuine, caring person and a real bright spot in this crazy world. Andy
That was the best massage with perfect pressure and amazing leg stretches. I had back surgery on my L5 S1 disc and it felt wonderful.
Best massage I've ever had, thank you so much. Hope to see you again and good luck. Jose
Thank you for a really deep massage. I appreciate it. Axel
A great massage from a courteous and skilled therapist. The pressure was deep as requested and focused on exactly what I asked for. I'm planning to schedule sessions twice a month. My legs feel fantastic.
I feel better today than I have in a long time, and I have you to thank. Would I benefit from another session before you head back to Hollywood? Thanks, Monty
Miles, thanks again for squeezing me in. That was one of the best massages I've had. All the knots and tension are gone. It's been a genuine pleasure meeting you, and I look forward to our next session. Bill
I called Miles to set up an appointment and he offered a time that worked great. When I arrived, a large heated table was waiting. After we talked about what I was looking for, he focused on my problem areas, especially my back. His knowledge of anatomy was obvious as he worked through each body part with different techniques. He was happy to extend the session when I asked. He used deep pressure on my back and effectively worked out the knots. He even paid attention to often-missed spots like forearms and arms. After flipping over, he gave a soothing massage to my head, neck, and shoulders, easing pain and stiffness. The session wrapped up with work on my chest, abdomen, and legs. I left completely relaxed and my body felt incredible. I strongly recommend Miles for his outstanding massage abilities. I'll definitely book whenever he's in town.
So hard to find quality massage. Miles totally nailed it. Hope you're back in San Diego soon.
Thanks for last night's massage, it was excellent. I learned a lot too, and now I'm excited to get my massage table out and start practicing again. Cheers, Scott
That was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Thanks so much. Eddie
I met Miles during one of his Houston visits and booked a massage that was so great I came back the next day. Two weeks ago I was in LA for work for just three days, but I made sure to fit Miles into my schedule because he's a genius. Strong hands, super respectful, nice and welcoming. He has the ability to sense what your body needs and adjust the massage accordingly. Perfect pressure, great technique, and an awesome, nice, super welcoming person. Working with him feels like working with a longtime friend. If you love massage like I do and are looking for someone, this is your person. You'll leave relaxed and with a new friend.
Miles is very good at what he does and truly one of the best massage therapists I've had. His room was clean, the temperature was perfect, and his table is heated. He's an excellent technician who uses deep pressure, which I really appreciated. He started on my legs and worked up to my back and neck, then back to my legs. He also incorporated stretching. Miles is quiet, but don't confuse that with not caring. I think he's so focused on giving a good massage that there's little time for chat. Book now and you won't regret it.
Your massage skills are wonderful. I can't believe my lower back and hip pain is completely gone after two months. Thanks for fixing me. Mike
