About

Training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City taught me something I've carried through thirteen years of practice: the body holds tension in layers, and releasing it takes both skill and patience. I learned there how to read muscle, how to distinguish between the surface tightness most people feel and the deeper adhesions that actually limit your movement. That foundation shaped everything I do now.

I'm Miles, a massage therapist working out of my private studio in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Every session I offer is customized to you—whether you need the flowing, circulation-boosting rhythm of Swedish massage or the deeper, more direct pressure of deep tissue work to break up knots and restrictions. I listen to what your body needs and adjust the pressure, style, and focus areas accordingly.

My studio is a clean, calm space designed for you to actually relax. I've got a quality massage table, fresh towels, aromatherapy, soft music, and oils that feel good on your skin. After we're done, I make notes on what worked best for you so your next session is even more effective. I'm open 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. every day, and there's free parking available.

I'm proud to be part of the LGBT community, and I welcome everyone in a judgment-free space where you can feel safe and comfortable. The easiest way to book is through this website—I look forward to working with you.

Testimonials

Miles really understood how to handle my thick, tight muscles. He worked through the knots and adhesions that were stopping me from moving freely. It was intense during the massage, but afterwards I felt an amazing sense of relief and release.
