I finished my formal training in the summer of 2013, and I've spent every year since learning what the body actually needs when it hurts.
I work with deep tissue, Swedish, and Thai massage techniques. What I've learned from all those years and all those clients is this: the suffering of pain is something I understand deeply. I feel how hard it is for people when their bodies are working against them. My job is to use everything I know to help that pain go away.
