About

A body that's been through life deserves care, not judgment. That's the foundation of what I do here in East Hollywood.

For the past 13 years, I've worked with men who come to me stressed, tight, sore, or just worn down by the demands of living. I've learned that most people aren't looking for clinical detachment or a rushed session. They want skilled hands, real attention, and a space where they can fully relax without any awkwardness or worry about how they're perceived.

I blend Swedish massage with deeper therapeutic work to reach the tension that's built up in your shoulders, lower back, neck, wherever you hold stress. My approach is intuitive, which means I'm listening to your body the whole time, adjusting pressure and technique as I go. You'll feel the difference between the flowing, rhythmic strokes that calm your nervous system and the focused work on knots and tight fascia that need to be released.

My studio is clean and private, in a quiet East Hollywood location. The space is warm, unscented oils, soft music, hot towels to help you settle in. I serve both my in-studio clients here in Los Angeles and I'm mobile throughout the area and into San Diego, bringing that same attentive bodywork to your home if that's easier for you.

Fully body focus means I'm working from your scalp down to your toes. Nothing gets missed. And I keep current with my vaccines—Covid, Mpox, Flu—because showing up safely for you matters.
