About

Studying at the National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles gave me a foundation in healing work that changed everything. I learned that massage is about more than hands on muscle — it's about transferring energy, listening to what the body needs, and meeting someone where they hurt.

I'm Troy, a Brazilian-Mexican massage therapist with 13 years of hands-on practice rebuilding people's bodies and relief their pain. Since then, I've added formal training in cupping therapy through the Centre of Excellence, and a specialist certificate from New Skills Academy. That education taught me technique, but my years in the field taught me intuition.

I work with deep tissue, sports massage, Thai, hot stone work, and energy-based healing. What I mean by healer is simple: I listen to where your body is holding stress, tension, or old injury. Then I customize the session — combining whatever techniques will actually help you. Deep pressure for the knots. Thai stretching to open you up. Warm stones to relax what's tight. Reiki and energy work if that's what you need. Cupping to release what won't let go.

I specialize in two areas right now. If you've got sciatica nerve pain, I know how to decompress that nerve and get you walking again. If your neck is locked up from stress or a desk job, I can release that tension and give you your mobility back.

My studio is in downtown Los Angeles (90017), and I'm mobile too — I come to you throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas within a 150-mile radius. You get the same healing hands either way. The studio has a shower, free parking, heated table, hot towels, aromatherapy, and the quiet you need to actually relax. If I come to your home, I bring the same setup.

I see clients from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Same-day appointments happen. All genders welcome. I've worked with Hollywood clients, athletes, people recovering from accidents, dancers, and folks who just woke up one morning unable to move. What they all have in common: they felt heard, they felt the pressure was exactly right, and they left different than they came in.
