About
Training at the National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles shaped how I think about the body. Over the course of one year there, and through my earlier certification at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City, I learned that anatomy is a language. Once you speak it fluently, you can listen to what a client's muscles are telling you. That was more than a decade ago. Since then, I've logged thousands of hours on the table, and what began as technical skill has deepened into something that feels more like intuition.
I'm an Australian-born massage therapist now working here in Los Angeles, and I bring that grounded, confident pressure you feel when someone truly knows what they're doing. But technique alone isn't enough. I work with acupressure, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai, myofascial release, trigger point—a whole range of modalities. Most of the time, though, clients come to me for my signature ninety-minute treatment. It's never the same twice. I perform postural and range-of-motion assessments, identify where your body is holding tension or imbalance, and then design the session around what you need. Maybe that's deep relaxation. Maybe it's injury support or recovery after intense training. Maybe you're looking to move better.
My studio in Los Angeles is calm, clean, and sensory-focused. I use heated tables, hot and cold towels, aromatherapy, sound bowls, and high-quality natural products throughout. The space is designed to feel warm and inclusive—I especially welcome my LGBTQI plus community. Professional. Attentive. Intentional. I would love to have you on my table.
