Over 30 years of working with clients' bodies teaches you something that no textbook can: how to listen with your hands. That's what I've learned in three decades of massage practice, and it's become the foundation of everything I do here in Palm Springs.
I'm trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, and I've woven in techniques like Acupressure, Reflexology, and Pressure Point work to give you exactly what your body needs on any given day. I'm also a Reiki practitioner, which means I bring that awareness into the work. The pressure I use ranges from light and nurturing to very strong — it's entirely up to you. Some days you want to feel held and relaxed. Other days you need me to find those stubborn knots in your shoulders and neck and work them out. I adjust as we go, and I always check in with you.
