I attended massage school in Santa Monica years back, and what started as foundational training in deep tissue and Swedish work has evolved into something much larger. I've spent over two decades studying different massage trades, experimenting with pressure and pace, learning how to read what a person's shoulders or lower back is really telling me.
My approach is simple but specific. I don't dive straight into the problem areas. Instead, I work to settle your mind, body, and soul before we address what's actually bothering you. That opening period isn't wasted time—it's where the real healing begins. Once you're genuinely relaxed, the deeper work lands differently. The pressure goes in cleaner. Your nervous system cooperates instead of bracing.
I blend deep tissue, Swedish, and tandem work depending on what you need. Some clients come in tight and leave loose. Others need the slower, gentler strokes.
