Sixteen years of working with bodies has taught me that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. It's about listening to what you need in that moment—whether that's deep, focused pressure on a tight shoulder, or a full-body experience that leaves you feeling peaceful and alive.
I work out of central Palm Springs and travel frequently throughout California, so I'm able to serve clients both in my studio and in their homes. My approach blends deep tissue and Swedish massage with sports and Thai techniques, all informed by my recent training in breath-work facilitation through Breathworks Academy in Hawaii. That training changed how I work. When you regulate your nervous system through conscious breathing during a massage, the whole experience deepens.
I'm also trained in the Reiki-Usai System of Natural Healing, which I completed in 2025. Reiki is energy work—a way to align and balance the life force moving through you. I often weave it into sessions naturally, though I can absolutely offer it as a standalone practice. It's especially powerful for injuries or when you're just looking to feel more grounded.
What matters most to me is meeting you where you are. I work with all types of people and focus on areas causing you challenges, or I can provide an all-over session that restores your whole system.
