A 45-minute session is $70, 60 minutes is $90, and 90 minutes is $130—well below the Palm Springs average of $142 for an hour. Those rates are intentional: I'd rather you come back regularly than break your budget.

About

Twenty years in this work has taught me what really matters. After my certification from Atlanta School of Massage back in 1999, I spent two decades learning how bodies talk to you if you're paying attention. A tight neck doesn't just need pressure—it needs someone who listens first, adjusts the room temperature without being asked, and knows when to ease off. That's what I bring to my studio in central Palm Springs.

I specialize in deep tissue work because that's where the real change happens. Strong hands, yes, but more importantly, hands that don't rush. I work with what each person needs—whether that's chair massage for someone coming in between errands, Swedish for pure relaxation, or sports work if you're dealing with an old injury. If you want stretching built in, we do that. The goal is simple: you leave feeling better than you walked in.

I keep my rates reasonable so you can come back regularly. That matters to me more than charging what someone down the street charges. My clients are my people—I have a strong repeat base, and I'm especially welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community. I work mostly weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and I'm serving Palm Springs and surrounding areas with mobile services too. Text works best for booking; I get a lot of spam calls, so a voicemail works if you need to call. I'm vaccinated and boosted for Covid, and I've had both Monkeypox shots. You're in good hands here.

His reputation is spot on. Ricky has incredible hands, takes his time, and is genuinely nice. The Biotone massage cream feels wonderful, the music is relaxing, and everything about the experience is excellent. I'd recommend him without hesitation.

I read all of Ricky's reviews before booking, and he didn't disappoint. I've tried several other therapists on this site, many who didn't know what they were doing and charged outrageous rates. Ricky is the real deal. If you want quality bodywork, he's your person.

The massage I received from Ricky was outstanding. He didn't rush, the pressure was exactly right, and he made sure I was comfortable with everything from room temperature to positioning. His hands are strong and skilled. I'm coming back.
