About
Sixteen years of hands-on massage work has taught me one thing: your body wants to talk, and most people just need someone to listen. I started my path to this work years ago with my Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College in San Lorenzo, California. That foundation in how the body actually works—the skeleton, the nerves, the connective tissue—shaped everything I do now. Then in 2019, I completed my Certified Massage Therapist training at Somatherapy Institute School of Massage in Rancho Mirage, and suddenly I had the tools to do the deeper work my hands had always wanted to do.
Now I'm right here in Palm Springs on Palm Canyon Drive, just up from downtown, in a clean, professional studio that I've kept really nice for you. In January of 2026, I put in brand new carpets because my clients deserve the best, and so do I. I work with full body medium-pressure massage using Myofascial Release and Swedish techniques—whatever blend your muscles need that day. My hands adjust to what feels right for you. Maybe you come in for an hour focused on your legs, low back, and glutes. Or maybe ninety minutes works better, so we can get into your arms, shoulders, and hands. I bring a relaxing energy to every session, but I'm not here to zone out—I'm listening to your body and responding.
I keep the room and table temperature set just how you like it. The massage cream I use is Biotone Pure Touch organic, and afterward you get hot and dry towels over your body. Free parking right there. Bottled water, soft drinks, soft music, a heated table—everything's set up so you can actually let go. I'm fully vaccinated and healthy. I ask that you come showered and healthy for your session. My studio has a clean bathroom, though no shower on-site. Text is the best way to reach me—I don't pick up private or blocked calls, but I'll always call you back.
I'm here every day, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving Palm Springs, California, doing what I love.

Testimonials
I had a wonderful massage a couple days ago. Sterling is easy to talk with and straightforward to schedule with. His hands are very skilled. I enjoyed the entire massage from start to finish and left feeling calm and happy. Really appreciate it.
Sterling isn't just a great masseur—he's a wonderful person, warm and genuine. He immediately puts you at ease, feels like a friend you've known forever. His knowledge of the body is clear in his skills. You know you're in good hands. His rates are fair. He's one of the best I've had in forty years of massages. Looking forward to our next appointment.
Sterling is a natural at this work. He has genuine gifts for it. Moving energy through the body with skilled hands is healing, and that's exactly what happens when you work with him. Scheduling via text is always simple, he shows up on time and ready. His professional studio space has everything you need. Temperature adjusts to your comfort. He gets to work and you can fully let go. Breathe deeply and take in the good energy. He uses his elbows, arms, and whole body to release stress. Great for runners, athletes, gym enthusiasts, weekend warriors. He's responsible, ethical, and kind—devoted to making your massage sessions really work. And they do, every time. Never feels routine or going through the motions, always special.
I was in Palm Springs for work and really needed body work after weeks without. At 6:30 p.m. I searched for massage nearby and Sterling picked up immediately and offered to come to me. Within 25 minutes he arrived. He gave me the massage I'd give myself if I could. Strong, deliberate, loving, mindful, intuitive. I sent him my photo so he'd recognize me, and he made me feel like a rockstar when he realized who I was from a movie I'd been in that he loved. We ended up talking for most of the 90 minutes because I wanted to. Everything feels better and I'm thinking I might see him again before I leave town. He's a father of two and a genuinely great guy with awesome skills.
Sterling has an excellent touch and a way of melting the stress right out of your body. Highly recommend trying him at least once—and then you'll be back again and again.
I've been coming to Sterling for several massages over the years. He always asks thoughtful questions about which muscles or muscle groups are bothering me the most. Once he understands what I need, he delivers. He adjusts his pressure and touch based on what I request, especially if certain areas are tender. You won't leave disappointed. I felt relaxed and stress-free after every session.
I had a great massage session with Sterling. He made me feel at ease right away, and as someone with a chiropractic background myself, I could tell he knew exactly where to work. He's got excellent technique and his little studio just north of downtown is convenient, with easy parking and a comfortable setup.
I don't know where to begin with Sterling. I've been seeing him for muscle aches and pains for about five years. The moment he puts his hands on you, you know he's not just a great therapist—he's a healer. A true professional who maintains a space that feels like Elysium, with the best lighting and music I've ever found in a massage studio. When I walk in, my whole body relaxes immediately. Best in town. 100 percent professional, 100 percent authentic and therapeutic, 100 percent genuine. And his rates are very fair, which means I can tip well and feel good about it.
Sterling is an excellent masseur. I've worked with him regularly for over five years and he's never let me down. He loves his work but carries a sweet, relaxed approach to life that feels like a better time. His deep knowledge of the human body through chiropractic and massage training really helps him help you. The experience never feels sterile or rote. You're made to feel genuinely welcome. His organized studio is conveniently located with plenty of parking. One of the best in town. Although Palm Springs has visiting massage therapists, I love that he's local. His work goes far beyond relaxing muscles—he reaches into your body and how it holds the world. I always leave feeling like spiritually enhanced jello. A real find.
Recently started a physically demanding job and made a last-minute appointment with Sterling to handle muscle strain. The full-body massage was excellent. He concentrated on the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling both relaxed and energized. Very kind man and excellent at what he does.
Had a lovely massage. The studio is clean and pleasant with a comfortable table. Can't ask for more. Greeted with warmth and made to feel taken care of.
This is what you want: an experienced massage person who is laid back and easygoing. Sterling the Natural delivers a very relaxing, thorough full-body massage that helps you drop into deep relaxation no matter what's happening in the world. He has serious education and experience, including his chiropractic training, and that knowledge shows up in every session in new ways. I've been coming for a long time and have never had a boring session. He's local, and the desert is fortunate to have him. Gym athletes, yoga practitioners, hikers, and all kinds of active people will benefit from his work. I can feel and understand my workouts much better when I'm getting tuned up on his table.
I was nervous at my first session but Sterling put me at ease immediately. He's a kind person. His space is clean and calming. His massage technique is excellent and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really enjoyable and I'm planning to schedule again soon.
Great session with Sterling. He was able to fit in my early morning request without any trouble. His hands are excellent. Strong strokes and full-body use made for a really solid massage. The warm oil felt great. He clearly knows how the body works. Parking was easy. Shower available if needed. Glad to have been on his table.
One of the best massages I've had. Sterling uses firm pressure applied with the skill of someone who really knows what he's doing. He paid close attention to my back and legs where I was having problems. He's personable, very client-focused, and attentive. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. He's excellent.
Sterling is a real professional with excellent instinct for what kind of bodywork you need and how you'll respond to it. He listens well and can deliver anything from relaxing to deeper tissue work. I've seen him six or seven times and look forward to many more. His central Palm Springs office is clean and well set up. Options for showering if needed, plus plenty of warm and dry towels. And he's a nice-looking, genuinely nice guy too.
Sterling is a wonderful addition to the Palm Springs massage scene. Even your first visit is solid, and subsequent sessions just improve each time. I've spent many hours on his table over the years. He's a California guy—laid back but with real integrity and creative, perceptive touch.
Really good experience with Sterling. He's welcoming and puts you at ease right away. Great setup with calming music and nice oils throughout. He used light to medium pressure, exactly what I wanted. Strong hands that work all the areas—back, legs, everywhere. I'd definitely recommend him. Very soothing and totally worth the money.
