Everest Institute in Eagan, Minnesota gave me the foundation I needed back in 2013 and 2014, but eight years of hands-on work with clients here in Palm Springs has been my real education. That's where I learned to listen with my hands, to feel what your body needs before you can even say it out loud.
I've spent those eight years building a practice around techniques that actually work. Trigger point therapy, reflexology, cranial sacral work, and medium to deep tissue massage each have their place. I blend them together based on what I'm feeling beneath my fingertips and what you tell me you need. Some days that's firm, steady pressure into the knots that won't let go. Other days it's the gentler touch of cranial sacral work, releasing tension you didn't even know was locked in your skull and spine.
What drives me is creating a space where you can truly escape. Our lives are loud and fast and demanding. When you're on my table in my Palm Springs studio, or when I'm coming to you somewhere in the surrounding areas, the goal is the same: to help your body, mind, and spirit find balance again, if only for an hour or ninety minutes.
