Back in 1988, I finished my certification in massage therapy at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Santa Monica, and then spent time at Esalen in Big Sur deepening my craft through their Advanced Bodyworker's Seminar in 1992. It's about listening to what your body needs and delivering consistent, skilled pressure that actually works.
