About

Twenty-eight years of massage work teaches you something most people never discover: the body remembers everything. It holds onto tension, old injuries, stress that accumulated slowly until one day you realize you're not moving the way you used to. I've spent nearly three decades learning how to listen to what a body needs, and that experience has shaped every session I offer.

I trained at the Naturopathic Health Institute in Sacramento back in 1997, and I've built on that foundation ever since. But my background goes deeper than massage alone. I earned my doctorate in nursing from the University of Texas, and that training gave me a medical understanding of anatomy, recovery, and what genuine healing looks like. When you're on my table, you're working with someone who sees the whole picture.

My style is intuitive and flowing. I blend firm pressure with tender care, moving through deep tissue, hot stone, shiatsu, lomi lomi, and Swedish massage depending on what your body is telling me that day. I work with hot stones, heated massage tables, and I offer body scrubs to round out the experience. You'll notice I'm serious about the work. I want you ready to receive it fully, because when you do, you'll feel the difference.

I see clients at my studio in Sacramento and serve the surrounding areas with mobile sessions too. I'm available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. Booking is straightforward—just call or text me through Square Appointments with your phone number. No email bookings; I prefer direct conversation so we can talk through what you need. You can count on one of the best massage experiences you've had, wrapped in genuine care and professional mastery.

Testimonials

I booked a massage with Kevin while in Sacramento for the holidays and was impressed from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, he responded quickly, and he even worked me in for a last-minute slot. I get regular massage because of my training routine, and the quality isn't always consistent these days, but Kevin set a new standard. You can immediately sense he's formally trained and deeply knowledgeable, but what really stands out is his nursing background. That brings a whole other layer of care and understanding to the work. He's focused on both relaxation and practical results: you leave with less pain and tension. From the opening minutes, I felt completely safe. Kevin is kind, responsive, and professional. The session was restorative and I left noticeably less sore. If you want serious massage work in Sacramento, book with him.

FAQ

How much does deep tissue massage cost in Sacramento?

A 70-minute deep tissue session with me is $140. I blend firm pressure with tender care, so you get both the release you're looking for and the comfort to relax fully. Repeat clients receive discounts.

Is there a mobile massage therapist serving Sacramento?

Yes, I offer mobile massage throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas. I bring the same quality bodywork and equipment to your location as you'd find in my studio, with hot stones, heated tables, and all the amenities. Call or text me through Square Appointments to book.

What's the difference between hot stone massage and Swedish massage?

Swedish massage uses flowing, rhythmic strokes to ease tension and improve circulation. Hot stone massage applies heated basalt stones to specific areas, allowing deep warmth to penetrate tight muscles. I use both techniques depending on what your body needs that day.

Can I get a same-day massage appointment in Sacramento?

I work hard to fit in same-day appointments when possible. I'm available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, and I respond quickly to booking requests. Contact me through Square Appointments with your phone number and preferred time, and I'll let you know what I can do.

What makes a good massage therapist?

A good massage therapist combines formal training with genuine care and the ability to listen to what your body needs. I've spent 28 years learning that skill, plus I trained in nursing, which means I understand anatomy, recovery, and how to help you leave the table with less pain and tension than you came in with.

Do you offer other services besides massage in Sacramento?

Yes, I offer body scrubs, body trimming, fitness training, nutrition consulting, pedicures, and personal coaching alongside my massage work. Everything is designed to support your overall recovery and wellbeing. Ask when you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and digital payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal, Square Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
