Over 14 years of working with bodies has taught me something simple but profound. One massage style doesn't fit everyone, and the same technique won't solve every problem. That's why I built my practice around an integrative approach, blending Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sports massage, and chair massage to find what your body actually responds to.
I'm Andy, and I work out of my studio in San Diego's Midway District, but I also travel frequently to Palm Springs, Las Vegas, and Utah — and I'll come to you too, within 25 miles of San Diego. Have table, will travel. That's not just a catchphrase; it's how I work.
My training at Mueller College of Holistic Studies taught me to see the whole person, not just the pain point. I completed my Holistic Health Practitioner certification in Integrative Massage Therapy and Bodywork there, and those principles guide every session.
What I'm best known for is the four-hand tandem massage. Two therapists, one body, working in harmony. Over 14 years, I've refined this with my partner Bryan into something clients describe as total surrender. Your nervous system downshifts. Your mind stops trying to predict the next move. You just drift.
I also offer cupping and ultrasound therapy to release stubborn tension, and a Pink Himalayan salt body scrub infused with essential oils if you want to exfoliate and renew your skin after bodywork.
