Training at the International College of Holistic Studies in San Diego shaped how I approach bodywork. From February through October 2018, I studied the science and art of touch — not just technique, but intuition. How to read a body. How to listen with my hands.
That foundation, combined with over a decade of hands-on work with clients, taught me something essential: massage isn't one-size-fits-all. Every person walks in with different needs, different tension patterns, different histories held in their muscles.
I'm a confident, easygoing therapist who blends Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports work, Thai, and other techniques — Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Polarity Therapy, Sensory Repatterning, even Tui Na. What matters is reading what your body is asking for and delivering assertive, authentic touch with real healing and relaxation baked in.
My studio sits near Hillcrest in San Diego's 92103 zip. It's private, calm, spa-like. There's a heated table, hot towels, candles, music, aromatherapy — the whole experience. Free street parking, a shower if you need one. I serve an LGBT-friendly community and work with men who want massage from someone who gets it.
