Normal Heights is home to a studio built on a principle many people rarely experience: absolute discretion and zero judgment. I've been working with clients in San Diego for seven years now, and I've learned that trust is everything. Whether you're coming in for the first time, whether you're traveling for business, whether you're exploring who you are—my door opens the same way for everyone. I work with straight clients, married couples, bisexual gentlemen, transgender men and women, all ages, all backgrounds. What matters to me is that you feel safe the moment you walk through that secured entrance.

My studio sits in a quiet, gated space four miles from downtown San Diego. I've outfitted it with a custom pillow-top table, soft lighting, music, candles, hot towels, and a shower. There's free parking, a private restroom, and full wheelchair accessibility. The whole setup is designed so you can let your shoulders drop the second you arrive.

I blend several techniques depending on what your body needs: deep tissue work, Swedish massage, lomilomi, acupressure, Alexander Technique, and conscious breathwork. I've also trained in sports massage and offer tandem sessions if that interests you. Every session is professionally balanced—I'm not here to guess what you need. I listen to your body, adjust my pressure and pace as we go, and focus on real relief: loosening soreness, calming tension, helping you feel present again.
