About
Slow, firm, deliberate strokes that flow into deep relief. That's how a decade of massage work teaches you to move through the body. I blend deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish techniques together, reading what each client needs in the moment. Some days that means releasing tension locked in shoulders from desk work. Other days it's helping athletes recover after training. Every session is built on that foundation of listening and responding.
I'm based in downtown San Diego, and I've combined my extensive training in both massage and counseling to offer sessions that go beyond the surface. The counseling background helps me understand what's driving the tension, what story the body is holding. Whether you're in my studio or I'm coming to you across San Diego and the surrounding 25-mile radius, the approach stays the same: unhurried, attentive work that leaves you feeling genuinely different.
I work with acupressure, aromatherapy, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, and other techniques depending on what serves you best. The hours are flexible too. I'm available from 11 a.m. through 2 a.m., so whether you need a session before work or late at night, we can make it happen.
Safety matters. I take several layers of protection seriously: sanitation protocols, disposable headcovers, an air purifier running during sessions, and I'm fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and monkeypox. I welcome everyone. All ethnicities, ages, genders, and orientations—gay, straight, LGBTQ. My real reward is watching clients walk out with stress relief, better balance, and a body that feels like theirs again.
