About

Training at the Massage School of Illinois taught me the fundamentals, but it's the years since—over 5,000 sessions now—that taught me why this work matters. I graduated in early 2015, then went on to study Sports Medicine at Santa Barbara City College, deepening my understanding of how bodies move, break down, and heal. That formal training gave me a foundation. What came after gave me everything else.

I've been a massage therapist since 2017, and I'm working out of a private studio in Hillcrest, San Diego, serving the surrounding areas and available for mobile appointments within a 25-mile radius. My background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—I'm a Black Belt and have trained and competed around the world since childhood—taught me how to read a body. I learned to sense where tension lives before a client tells me. I learned patience, presence, and the difference between pushing and listening.

What makes my sessions special is that each one is built for you, not the other way around. Your goals during the massage are my goals. The time is yours. I work with acupressure, trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, shiatsu, and many other techniques—whatever your body needs that day. I've mentored under therapists with 30+ years of experience, and I recently completed a workshop on somatic and soul-centered work because I believe physical touch goes far beyond the surface.

I don't take lightly that people trust me with their health and their time. That's what drives me to keep growing. I'm certified by the California Massage Therapy Council and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. If any of this sounds like what you're looking for, reach out. I'd love to hear what's going on with you.

Testimonials

Gabriel brings real intention and skill to every massage he does. The stretching combined with massage therapy was comprehensive, and I felt a noticeable loosening in my muscles and joints afterward. My body felt properly aligned, at ease, and free of tension. It was both healing and uplifting, and I'm thrilled with the whole experience. If you want someone who goes beyond just a standard massage and truly helps your body release tension and feel loose again, this is the place.
