Deep tissue work is where I found my calling. That moment when a client's shoulders drop two inches as soon as I locate the right spot — when tight muscle fibers finally let go under steady, purposeful pressure — that's what brought me into this work four years ago, and it's what keeps me here.
I've spent those four years building real skill with deep tissue, but I've also trained in Swedish massage and Lomi Lomi, which has given me a fuller toolkit. Swedish helps me warm the body and prep the tissues before going deeper. Lomi Lomi taught me something different about flow and respect for the body's own rhythm.
