Working deep into pressure points and problem areas is where I find the most satisfaction. After nine years in massage, I've learned that strong hands mean nothing without the respect and attention to listen to what your body actually needs. That's how I work.
I'm Mark, and I've built my practice in San Diego around four core techniques: deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and acupressure. Most clients come to me either carrying stress in their shoulders and back, or recovering from something physical. I use my hands to dig exactly where you need it, then back off to let the relaxation settle in. The goal isn't just to press harder. It's to bring you to total relief and leave you genuinely relaxed.
My studio is set up for comfort. You'll find hot towels ready, soft music playing, the space stays quiet and clean, and there's a private shower before or after your session if you want one. Free parking out front. I'm available from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. most days.
