Trained at Sonoma County in Monte Rio, California back in 2000, I learned massage from the ground up—how to read a body, how tension holds itself in muscle and fascia, how the right pressure at the right moment creates real relief. That foundation shaped everything I do now, over a decade later, here in my studio in the Northpark neighborhood of San Diego.
I work with a blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, sometimes adding hot-stone therapy to longer sessions. The goal is simple: find where you're holding stress and help your body let it go. I use oil-free, unscented products so you don't leave covered in residue or worrying about your clothes. Every session includes heated towels, and my space is clean, comfortable, and genuinely private—no rushing, no distractions.
I'm easy to talk to and I listen. Before we start, I ask what's bothering you, where the tension lives, what would make you feel better walking out of here.
