Pittsburgh Technical Institute taught me the foundations of therapeutic massage between 2007 and 2009, but 11 years of hands-on work in San Diego has been my real education. I've learned how to read a body the way a musician reads a score — where the tension lives, what kind of pressure brings relief, how to listen without talking too much.
I work with Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point work, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage. I'm always experimenting, always curious about what other techniques might help my clients feel better. That inquisitiveness carries into every session. I ask questions before we start, remember the details you tell me, and pay attention to how your body responds as I work.
My studio is in Hillcrest, right here in San Diego's 92103 neighborhood. I'm easy-going, genuinely easy to book, and I text back quickly. I also offer mobile massage, bringing the work to you if that's easier. The whole point of this is simple: when you leave, I want you to feel like you made a friend. That's what drives me.
