About

Over 20 years of massage work has taught me what really matters: listening to your body, understanding exactly where the tension lives, and knowing when to apply deep, sustained pressure versus when to ease back and let muscles relax into the work. I trained at Well Spring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, and that foundation in anatomy and technique has stayed with me through every single session I've done since.

My practice in San Diego focuses on a blend of deep tissue and relaxation work. I don't believe those two things have to conflict. What I've learned is that you can't rush into deep tissue—you have to prepare the muscle first, warm it, work it gradually, and then go deeper when the body's ready. That's where real relief happens.

My studio near I-5 and La Jolla Village Drive is set up for comfort: a heated massage table with soft linens, candles, music that actually helps you relax, and a calm, spotless space where you can let your guard down. I keep a flexible schedule because I know life doesn't always fit into standard hours—I'm available from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. every day, and getting an appointment is straightforward.

Here's the thing: great bodywork shouldn't cost you $150 or more. It's part of a healthy lifestyle, and it should be accessible. You don't need to sacrifice quality for value. I show up for every client the same way—present, attentive, and focused on giving you a massage that actually makes a difference. Yes, I do smile.

I've been a client of Terry's for several years, and he's one of the most skilled massage therapists I've encountered. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that comes through in every session. The massage is so calming that I never want it to end. His space is beautifully set up with soft music and candles, his prices are fair, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

The setting is perfect—clean, professional table, great music that sets the mood. He's a good person who takes pride in his work and gives his best. You really can't go wrong with Terry.
