About

Over fifteen years, I've learned that real relief comes from listening. When a client walks into my studio in San Diego's University Heights neighborhood, I'm not thinking about a template or a clock. I'm thinking about what their body is telling me, what brought them here, and how I can send them back out feeling better than they arrived.

I'm a certified massage therapist trained to blend what works. Deep tissue work to release tension that's built up over months or years. Swedish massage for flow and ease. Sports techniques for athletes and active people who need their bodies to perform. Hot stones, if that's what feels right on the day. I bring high respect and real attention to every session. I listen. I adjust. I care about the outcome, not just the hour.

I'm originally from Brazil, and that warmth and friendliness are part of who I am. This work is an honor. My studio is a calm, private space where you can let go. I'm LGBTQ friendly, fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID and Monkeypox. I only offer in-studio sessions right here in San Diego.

If you're carrying tension, nursing an injury, or just need to feel like yourself again, I'd be honored to work with you.
