About
Trained through the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, I learned early on that technique alone doesn't create real change—intention and listening do. That 600-hour program gave me the foundation, but it's the six years since then working in spas, private studios, and currently as an onsite massage therapist for the San Francisco Ballet that taught me how to read a body and meet it where it is.
I combine Swedish stroke with deep tissue mentality, letting gravity and body mechanics guide the pressure and pace. During our intake, you'll tell me where it hurts, what's tight, what's been stressing you lately. Then we work together. Communication is key because my approach changes based on what you need—whether that's myofascial release, trigger point work, neuromuscular technique, or sports massage. I'm comfortable moving between all those modalities, and I use that range every single day.
My studio in San Francisco is a safe, pleasant space. A heated table, soft music, a private restroom with a shower if you want to rinse off afterward. I work with all different orientations, sizes, ages, genders, presentations, shapes, and ethnicities. Everyone deserves touch that feels good and respectful. Reach out, and let's build something productive together.
