About

Training in Thai Traditional Massage at the International School of Thai Massage in Gravesboro taught me that the body holds onto tension in ways that surface-level work can't reach. That education changed how I approach every session. Over the past 14 years working with clients in San Francisco, I've learned that one person's idea of relief looks completely different from another's.

That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage. When you come in, whether you're looking for a deeply relaxing full-body oil massage or something more focused like a revitalizing foot massage, I listen to what your body actually needs. I can work light or deep, slow and gentle or with serious pressure on stubborn tension. I also incorporate targeted work on acupuncture points—something I bring into sessions when I sense it'll help release what's been locked up in your muscles.

I blend a range of techniques into the work: Aromatherapy, Swedish, Thai, Thai Herbal, Chair massage, and Reflexology. Some clients come back specifically for one method; others like me to mix them based on how they're feeling that day.

My studio in San Francisco is set up to help you arrive stressed and leave genuinely relaxed and calm. Heated massage table, hot towels, candles, tea, music—the details matter because they soften the transition from your busy day into a space where your body can actually let go. I'm also available for mobile massage serving San Francisco and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius, so if coming to the studio doesn't work, I can bring that same care to you.
