About

Training at the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco taught me that massage isn't one-size-fits-all. I learned to read the body, to listen to what muscles are telling me, and to know when deep pressure is the answer versus when something gentler will do the real work. That was in 2017 and 2018, and in the nine years since, I've been building on that foundation with every client who walks through my studio door.

I work with a genuinely broad range of techniques because I refuse to be limited by habit. AMMA Therapy, Thai massage, Ashiatsu, Rolfing, myofascial release, trigger point work, Reiki, Shiatsu — I've spent years developing skill in each one so that when you come in, I can offer what your body actually needs. Some days that's hot stone and aromatherapy. Some days it's deep tissue combined with neuromuscular work. If you're expecting or postpartum, I have specific training for that. If you're an athlete, I know how to work with sports-related tension.

I'm mobile across San Francisco and the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius, so I can bring a full setup — my massage table, candles, enhanced aromatherapy, curated music — directly to your home. But I also maintain a studio here in San Francisco where I work from 11 a.m. to midnight, every single day. You can add a body scrub to any session if your skin needs that attention too.

After nine years, I've learned that the best outcome happens when a therapist stays curious and keeps learning. That's what I bring to every session.
