About
Fifteen years of working with bodies has taught me that people don't disconnect from themselves overnight. It happens gradually—stress, injury, life. And reconnecting takes time, presence, and the right kind of touch.
I'm Jack, and I work with people of all shapes, sizes, and genders who are ready to come back into their bodies. My background spans the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork and intensive training in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I learned Thai bodywork directly from practitioners who've been refining the craft for decades. That education shaped how I approach every session.
In my San Francisco studio, I offer three distinct styles depending on what your body needs right now. Swedish oil and deep tissue work is my foundation—warm, soothing, the kind of pressure that lets muscles finally let go. Thai assisted stretching is meditative and energizing at once; you stay clothed, and we move together through ranges you didn't know you had. For pain, limited range of motion, and the compensation patterns that build over years, I work clinically using neuromuscular and sports techniques, addressing the root of what's stuck.
My techniques include deep tissue, trigger point, Esalen, Swedish, Thai, neuromuscular, and sports massage. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic symptoms, or just need to feel at home in your body again, I design each session around what you bring to the table.
