About

The San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork taught me the science behind what I do, but ten years of working with injured bodies taught me how to do it better. I came into this field wanting to create real change in how people carry tension, to move beyond surface-level relief and actually retrain the mind-body connection. I spent years working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and personal trainers, learning how to support recovery from neck and back surgeries, spinal fusions, hip replacements, shoulder surgeries, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, and the kinds of injuries that make people feel trapped in their own skin.

I got obsessed with trigger point release—not just the traditional technique, but an activated version I developed that's faster and just as powerful. Every client who walked through my door taught me something new about what bodies actually need.

Now I'm combining that hard-won knowledge with something equally important: the experience of feeling safe and cared for on the table. I work with a wide range of techniques—Conscious Breathwork, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Tui Na, Thai massage, Swedish, and Lymphatic Drainage—and almost every move is uniquely designed by me to honor gay, bisexual, and trans men. I serve San Francisco and surrounding areas both in my studio and through mobile appointments. My work is still expertly therapeutic. It's also dynamic, centering, and nurturing. Let me show you what I can do.
