In 2018, I enrolled at the SF Reiki Center to become a Reiki Master, completing my training in 2020. That intensive work taught me how to read a body's energy and understand where tension lives beyond what your hands alone can feel. Since then, I've been blending that energy work with Swedish massage and acupressure to create something real and grounded.
I've spent the last 12 years working with clients in San Francisco who want more than just pressure on sore muscles. You come in stressed, tight, maybe carrying stress you didn't even know was there. My job is to listen to your body the way it speaks to me, find those locked spots, and release them with the right pressure at the right time.
